These terms govern access to the Reequal marketing website. They are not the commercial terms of the Reequal platform, which are covered by a separate agreement.

1. Purpose
The website presents Reequal and its simulation-based training solutions, and allows visitors to request information or a demonstration.
2. Acceptance
Accessing and browsing the website means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the website.
3. Website access
The website is available free of charge, excluding connection and equipment costs borne by the user. Some features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.
4. Permitted use
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access to its systems, introduce malicious code or misuse its forms.
5. Information provided
Website information is general and may change. It does not constitute a contractual offer, professional advice or a guarantee of results.
6. Intellectual property
Reequal and the website elements are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. No rights are transferred to users. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Availability and security
Reequal uses reasonable measures to maintain website availability and security without guaranteeing continuous or error-free operation. Interruptions may occur without notice when necessary.
